More special moments...
Today I was blessed to be there for Zach to speak in Sacrament meeting before going to Germany for his mission, I watched 'Bishop Greenwell' (the 2nd generation) conduct a wonderful 5th Sunday combined meeting, followed by a nice luncheon, a family photo and being there while Dixon was ordained a Priest. I'm heading back to Cali with a full heart. Now back to baby-time in Oceanside :-)

On family....
I follow this blog...
http://sherriejohnson.blogspot.com/2012/07/the-supernatural-power-of-family.html
because of her positive attitude and knowledge of the gospel. This week's post is appropriate as our family goes thru some major adjustments. I am so blessed to have such a great family and the support of friends.
"Sometimes the stress and work a family involves makes us forget how very wonderful family is. Living together in such a close relationship also presents opportunities for hurt feelings and problems that can keep us from enjoying family ties. But when we learn to let those negative things go and concentrate on the love and happiness part of family, the joy that comes from those relationships is extraordinary and amazing (something beyond this world!). I don't have words to explain it, but I can feel it. It is real and wonderful."

Oh yay!
Day Four
The guys have unloaded the truck, relayed between house and storage (twice) and have all the beds set up- BLESS THEM!
The family wagon 576 miles, just under 12 hours
Highlights: clear skies, more good naps, goats, iPad fun, convenient places to stop, a mailbox for cards, funny "people" bushes, funny faces and WE ARE HERE!

Joy
2 Nephi 2:25 "Adam fell that men might be;
and men are, that they might have joy."
and men are, that they might have joy."
Thomas S. Monson
"Let us relish life as we live it, find joy in the journey,
and share our love with friends and family.
Brothers and sisters, my sincere prayer is that we may adapt
to the changes in our lives, that we may realize what is most important,
that we may express our gratitude always
and thus find joy in the journey."

Ann Landers' Gem of the Day

"Remember, those who gossip with you
also gossip about you."
